It doesn’t have to be expensive. Our estate planning service is $650 for a married couple with a common plan, or $450 for an individual. The simple Will, Durable Power of Attorney, Medical Power of Attorney, and HIPAA release are included at no additional cost. Complex Wills, Trusts, or Deeds are an additional hourly cost.
A full-service signing ceremony including conference room rental, notary, and two witnesses is available for $200. You can save money by hiring a mobile notary yourself and finding two friends to be witnesses. I’ll include instructions for the notary on how to conduct the signing.
